RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following requirements:

Unworn and unwashed.

Retain the original labels and packaging.

No traces of cosmetics, animal hair or perfume (including perfume, deodorant or cleaning products).

If the product does not meet these requirements, your return request will be rejected.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate the return process, please email [email protected] with your order number. Once your request is approved, carefully package your invoice, return slip, and return form in the appropriate shipping box. Please retain the tracking number on the return label so you can track the status.

SHIPPING COSTS

The standard return shipping fee is $6.99 and is non-refundable after a successful return.

However, in the event of an error on our part, returns are free of charge and you may also request a replacement.

ORDER ERRORS

If you have received the wrong or defective order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will process your request

REFUNDS

Once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be paid to your original account
