SHIPPING PROCESS

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (CST) (Monday – Friday)

Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery Time: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday)

*Please note that under certain conditions and objective factors, your order may be delayed such as: natural disasters, weather, politics and during holidays, big promotions, the number of orders is too much. If there is any delay, we will notify you.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order is sent to the shipping unit, we will send you an email notification with the order information and the shipping unit for you to track.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Delivery problems can occur for a variety of reasons, including incorrect or missing addresses, adverse weather conditions, or problems with the shipping service, which can lead to delays or even lost items. Therefore, we recommend:

Check your mailbox or front door, as the delivery person may have left the package there. Also, ask your neighbors if they will accept the package, as sometimes delivery people leave packages with their neighbors while you are away.

If after checking the above options you still cannot find the package, please contact your carrier and provide the tracking number. They will be able to provide accurate information about the status and current location of the package.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address you provided when placing your order. However, we will do our best to help you track down your package and resolve any issues that may arise.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

To ensure that your change request can be processed, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will accept changes made within this time period.

However, if your order has already been processed, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to change the address.
